-Sweet Potato Tarts (same as above but w/sweet potato, cashews & cheddar)
-Asian Noodle Salad (pasta, sesame seeds, veggies, sesame oil, garlic & more - served cold)
-Tabouil Salad (bulgar, green onions, parsley, organic tomatoes, red wine vinegar & more)
-Sweet Potato Cornbread (made w/ organic cornmeal, org. whole wheat flour & org. sweet potatoes, olive oil & honey)
